Returns, open purchase & claims
It is important to us that you as a customer are 100% satisfied with your purchase! We offer easy returns and 30 days open purchase, even for customised products.
Customised products
Customised items - such as photo posters and frames with special dimensions - are not normally subject to a right of withdrawal. However, we believe in our products and also offer a 30-day open purchase for these products, up to an order value of €249.95.
Not satisfied with your printed photo or photo poster?
We offer a free reprint - you just pay the shipping. Have you ordered a framed product? Then you can easily replace the image yourself. This also applies to our collage frames.
How returns work
Before returning a productIf you wish to return a product, it's important that you contact us first so we can assist you in the best possible way. You can reach us by email at info@nordenica.com or by phone at +46 40 654 06 59 during 09.00 – 15.00. We’ll reply to your email no later than the next working day.
Return fees (shipping & handling):- €7.90 for orders between €0 – €99
- €17.90 for orders between €100 – €249.95
- €47.90 for orders over €250, or for items larger than 70x100 cm
If you prefer to arrange the return shipping yourself, that’s fine – no return shipping fee will apply, but a fixed handling fee of € 7.90 will still be charged.
As soon as we receive your return, we’ll refund the amount within 14 days using the same payment method you used at checkout.
Important information about returns- If the item is damaged or has lost value, we may make a deduction from the refund.
- Returned prints are destroyed upon receipt and cannot be sent back.
- The product must be unused, securely packaged, and returned in its original packaging with proper protection.
Claims
We always do our utmost to check our products before shipping and pack them as securely as possible. However, since some of our products are fragile, damage can unfortunately occur during transport.
If you are unlucky enough to receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’ll do everything we can to resolve it quickly and smoothly, with as little hassle as possible for you. We need the following information from you:
- A photo of the damage or the incorrect product
- Your order number
- Your name and contact details
- A short description of the issue
